Sowing calendar 2027, adjusted by the forecast

Pick an Estonian climate region to see sowing and planting windows for 2027, based on TarkToit’s crop knowledge (~25 crops with sources). The live MET Norway forecast can nudge warm-crop dates when nights are cold or a warm spell opens early.

Forecast shifts

TarkToit nudges warm-crop dates from the MET Norway forecast. Example: if tomato planting is set for 20 May but two nights stay near 4–5 Β°C, the page holds off until nights hold around 8 Β°C (e.g. 20 May β†’ 22 May). A warm week can pull a near direct-sow a few days earlier.

See the live shifts from April (or whenever the next sowing window enters the forecast). Outside that season the baseline calendar below still stands.

No live shift for windows inside the current MET outlook right now.

The (climate twin) mark means the date comes from a climate twin: a region abroad with a comparable growing climate (e.g. Minnesota/US), because Estonian-sourced data for that crop is not available yet. Treat it as a guide and check it against local experience. Estonian-sourced dates have no mark. All windows are also shifted by this page’s climate-region offset.
